About Gerard Fagan

Gerard Fagan, a dedicated real estate professional passionate about helping families find their dream homes in the Bay Area. Originally from Ireland, Gerard and his wife Steph settled in the Bay Area after living in China and Australia. Transitioning into real estate full-time this year, Gerard brings diverse experience from roles such as recruitment manager, head teacher, sales manager, and entrepreneur. With a background in Business Management, he offers an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills.

 

Gerard is committed to providing personalized and professional service, drawing on skills like understanding client needs, effective communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer service. His global perspective, shaped by travels to over 25 countries, enhances his real estate practice. Inspired by his family, Gerard aims to provide a beautiful home and financial security, driving his ambition in real estate. He founded a landscape company, adding a unique perspective and services to his real estate offerings.

 

Outside of work, Gerard enjoys traveling, the gym, and playing soccer and Gaelic football. He is running the New York Marathon for charity this year with his brother. Gerard is also looking forward to purchasing his first property in the US, further solidifying his commitment to real estate.
